You must fill the form in. When finish, you will get the email from the Pudinvaag. It will tell you how to retrieve your email. You can do the email reading on the internet, from the Outlook, or even from the Pudinvaag Data Afpakken (some times known to the public as PDA).
There is no commitment to the email, and there are never any fees, however you do have to pray to the Pudinvaagian gods every 4th weekend following the rise of the Gebouw in the Northern region of Ongeloof. Heathen's beware, if one does not do the proper worshipping.
